Maintenance Lite is a monthly paid contract, were we support and maintain your IT equipment.
With this option you have reassurance that any technical issues that may cause you problems and slow down your workforce will be addressed with a guaranteed 4 or 8 hour response time (dependant upon contract)
With Maintenance Lite you pay a monthly contract amount plus a reduced callout hourly rate on any work carried out on your network.
A maintenance contract is a form of insurance policy and unlike “Pay as the Go” you will benefit from a reduced hourly rate and receive a guaranteed response time.
With this option you get the benefit of remote access and telephone support.
This option is best for companies who rely on their computers for the running of their business.
